Social Responsibility for your Business

We are super delighted to welcome Malika Harrison to join the Black Business Summit and Expo as a speaker this year. With nearly 20 years of leadership in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, marketing, diversity, and business strategy, Malika Harrison comes to us as the Orlando Magic’s leader for community relations and civic engagement initiatives. She also oversees the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, including strategic grantmaking and fundraising.

In her workshop she will focusing on the importance of social responsibility for every business. She’ll teach Summit guests the benefits of engaging the local community and the many ways giving back can actually help to grow your organization.

Harrison serves on numerous advisory boards, including the Early Learning Coalition, ELEVATE Orlando, and United Arts of Central Florida.

Harrison holds a master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from New York University, a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Florida A&M University and a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
